Please Note: Application is the same for all of the year
Please check off all fairs that apply and send a check for the booth space for each fair. You may also check off the fairs you wish to attend, but if you can not pay for all at once, note that check will be sent under separate cover. The vendor space is not considered reserved until payment has been received. When sending checks separately from applications please note in the memo section which fair the check is to cover so that you get credit for the correct fair.
